About this category
Ammo availability is the difference between a productive range day and a wasted Saturday. We try to stay deep on the calibers our customers actually shoot — 9mm, .45-70, .300 Blackout, and the primers that keep reloaders running.
Hornady Range Dynamics 9mm Luger FMJ 50-round boxes, bulk 300 Blackout 200-round loose packs for high-volume practice.
Federal Power-Shok .45-70 Govt for lever-gun deer, HSM .45-70 hard-cast bear loads for backcountry carry in WV black bear country.
Winchester large pistol primers for .44 Mag, .45 ACP, and .45 Colt reloading — call ahead for current stock.
Buy ammo by the case when you can. Per-round price drops 15-25% and you avoid the next panic-driven shortage.
Store primers and powder separately from each other and from heat. A cool basement closet beats the garage every time.
Match the bullet to the job: FMJ for practice and steel, JHP for carry and defense, soft-point or bonded for hunting.
Do you ship ammo?
No — we sell ammo over the counter only, in compliance with WV and federal regulations. Bring ID; no background check is required for ammo in WV.
What's the difference between 5.56 NATO and .223?
5.56 NATO is loaded to higher pressures than .223 Remington. A .223 Wylde or 5.56 chamber shoots both safely; a .223 SAAMI chamber should NOT shoot 5.56.
